January Results
  • ran 4 times for a total of 18.35 km
  • finished up HBBC
  • Whole30 Paleo Challenge Jan 1- 30th
  • New Year New You Challenge
February Goals
  • Start Summer Bodies are Made in the Winter 6 week series with Renewed Fitness
  • Run 6 times
February Results
  • ran 5 times for a total of 27 km
  • continued work on Summer Bodies are Made in the Winter
  • temporary membership at gym and taking part in noon classes including Body Pump, Body Flow, Flow Yoga, All Terrain Spin as well as using treadmill and elliptical
March Goals
  • continue to participate in Summer Bodies are Made in the Winter
  • see gym membership through 4 or 5 times per week
  • Running with Spatulas virtual race
  • The Jelly Bean virtual race
March Results
  • finished up SBMW series
  • sadly said goodbye to the gym
  • did my virtual races
  • ran 5 times for a total of 17.3 km
April Goals
  • start Best Body Boot Camp round 5 on April 1st/8 weeks
  • run when weather cooperates

  • really got into BBBC and getting great results
  • ran 6 times for a total of 28.35 km 
May Goals
  • continue to work hard at BBBC to end on May 26th
  • run occasionally but focus is on strength and light cardio

  • run and play tennis as weather allows

  • ran 5 times for a total of 25 km

  • continue strength workouts

December Goals

  • complete 12th week of strength program just before Christmas and enjoy the week off
  • run when the weather is cooperative

  • completed 12 week strength program - HURRAY!

Jan 1st - 5k Resolution Run - first run in 5 by the 5th series
my time = 36:25


Feb 4th - second run in the 5 by the 5th series
my time = 37:15

Feb 10th - 5 K Virtual Race for Grandma Lill's 96th Birthday

Mar 1st - third run in the 5 by the 5th series
my time = 32:15  (this is PR for me in a 5k!)

Mar 18th - Running with Spatulas virtual 30 km any way - walk/spin/walk
I actually completed 3 mile walk and 24 mile bike ride
My time = 1 hour 45 minutes

Mar 25th - Running with Spatulas virtual 5 km run/Jelly Bean 5 km virtual run
my time = 36:00

Mar 26th Running with Spatulas virtual 10 km walk
my time = 72:00

Apr 2nd - fourth run in the 5 by the 5th series
my time = 34:30

May 1st - fifth run in the 5 by the 5th series
my time = 33:15
