You are still working just as hard as any other time of year, though! :) You may have felt extra thirsty because they air was dry. I also find that I have to be more conscious about drinking water in the winter.

Awesome run! Running in the winter is NOT easy, but you nailed it! :)

I hope you and the Captain have a wonderfully Merry Christmas! I will be thinking of you and wishing you well! :)Sarahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01382569552132982982noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4131995415964574451.post-76896708279085022372011-12-23T07:15:15.504-08:002011-12-23T07:15:15.504-08:00oh my gosh, that's COLD weather...and that war...oh my gosh, that's COLD weather...and that warm shower was probably great :)Marissahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00935155587978160137noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4131995415964574451.post-77699970345242855272011-12-23T03:43:28.584-08:002011-12-23T03:43:28.584-08:00For long runs I chew gum too.
