I can honestly say I usually don't do much... prop them up and stay off them. In some cases I use a Epsom Salt soak.

ReplyDeleteI like to soak them in a hot bath of water, epsom salts, and lavender essential oils.
ReplyDeleteThat could be really useful for travelling, thats when my feet get the sorest from walking all day. A hot soak usually helps.
