    I always drink a lot of water especially during the summer. I like using nuun when I run.

    My hydration go-to is flavored water (with Mio). I just can't drink plain water unless I'm really thirsty...like after a long, hot run. And then, maybe LOL

    Yay! I use nuun as my everyday electrolyte. I pop in a tablet or two during the day.

    I've been hydrating with either water or Tailwind this summer. I'll have to take a look at Nuun's new flavors.

    I drink tons of water before I run and carry a 1 L bottle of water with me. I drink about 1 L per 5 miles, so I either plan my long runs around water fountains or circle back home every 5 miles.

    Great discounts! I don't drink Nuun but maybe I should try. I usually go for plain water or SOS!
